Susan Baldwin (ext. 1135) joined the staff in 2005 and has since held various roles in the preschool and creative arts ministries. Since 2016, Susan has served as Director of Communications. Along with the staff and lay Communications Team, she furthers the mission and vision of Hayes Barton through digital and print media within the congregation and the community at large. She also leads our Children's Music program and coordinates activities of the Creative Arts team.
Susan volunteers with local arts non-profits and human service organizations. She and her family are members at Hayes Barton and serve on committees for youth and outreach.
Doug Gill (ext. 1126) has been a member of Hayes Barton since 1996. He joined the staff in 2002 and has since held various roles in publications and communications. Since 2016, Doug has served as Director of Publications. Along with the staff and lay Communications Team, he furthers the mission and vision of HB through digital and print media within the congregation and the community at large.
Doug also works with older adults with disabilities at The Arc of the Triangle, at Hayes Barton in the Starnes Class, and in the community. His parents and siblings live in Idaho, Lesotho, Utah, and Nevada. His older son lives in Bulgaria, and his younger son and wife with two young granddaughters live in Oregon.
