New Member Class

There are several opportunities each year to participate in New Member class. The New Member class is a four session class. We ask that you attend all four classes – two on Sunday during Sunday School and two on Wednesday evening. 

 

The sessions cover a variety of topics and are designed to answer questions about the Christian faith, provide a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Methodist, introduce you to the pastoral and lay staff, expose you to the many ministries and serving opportunities of the church, and talk about the membership vows you are asked to make.

 

Once you have completed this class, you can decide to join. If you decide to join, you may do so through Baptism and Confession of Faith or by transfer of membership from another United Methodist Church or other Christian denomination.
